Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research and Management (IITRAM)

Established in 2013, the Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research and Management (IITRAM) provides engineering education with specialization in infrastructure and management of infrastructure. It aims to provide advance studies and promote research. It shall foster cultural and ethical values with a view to enhance professional morality, research integrity, globally acceptable business ethics and morals for professionals.

Objectives

Impart knowledge and offer courses with specialization in Infrastructure and Management of Infrastructure in particular.
To impart knowledge in the other areas of higher education with focus on science, technology, management and allied areas.
To develop training facilities for urban bodies, industries and technical teaching and other allied bodies.
To be an open institution to attract best minds of the world (students as well as faculty) and to be globally competent.
To set up innovative foundation in developing Knowledge parks, Techno parks and Technology incubators to foster entrepreneurship.

Admission in IITRAM

Candidates seeking admissions to B.Tech shall be admitted on the basis of JEE Main or GUJCET ranks through counselling conducted by JoSAA (national level) and ACPC, Gujarat (state level), respectively.
To be eligible candidates must have passed 10 plus 2 in science stream with Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
Candidates must secure minimum 75% marks or be in the top 20 percentile in the class 12th examination conducted by the respective Boards.
For admissions to M.Tech candidates shall be admitted on the basis of GATE scores and/or entrance exam conducted by IITRAM.
Minimum of 55% marks in B.E. /B.Tech. or equivalent in a relevant specialization (50% marks for reserved category candidates).
Admissions to Ph.D are offered on the basis of performance in written test followed by an interview.
Candidates need a Master’s Degree in Engineering or Technology/Sciences/Humanities/ Management or equivalent degree, with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST) for admission to the concerned specialization in Ph.D.
